Threaded end type
- The screw fittings (nipples or sockets) are directly welded to the tube. Tubes best fitted to wide range of service conditions from straight line service to piping with a number of repeated bents may be selected.
NOMINAL DIAMETER : 6A --100A.
STANDARD LENGTH : 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000mm.
- Other length is available on request.
FITTING MATERIALS: CARBON STEEL, STAINLESS STEEL
APPLICATION:
- The product is applicable to the entire range of pressure and temperature conditions. This product is convenient for connection to a pipe with a lapped adapter.
- This product is adaptable to pipes of male and female taper threads (apipe with SM on one side and with SF on the other side).
- Use in combination with S230 (male or female adapter) when one end is the swivel type.
- This product realizes a long-life hose, with high twist resistance and flexibility, with the combination of a spencial high-pressure one –pitch omega-shaped FX tube and double braids.
- This tubes is used for oil and air compressor lines, high-pressure pipes including hydraulic piping, filling line for gas cylinders, gas line for fire extinguishing.
